Creating ODBC System DSN for Ban Man Pro SQL™
Database. |
In Control Panel, under 32 ODBC Data Sources, Click ADD…
Select SQL Server Driver …
Click Finish…
Type Name = “banmanproSQL”
Type Description=”SQL
Database for BanManPro”
Select the appropriate server.
Select "With SQL Server authentication using a login ID and
password entered by user". Type
“banmanproADMIN” as Login ID. Type
appropriate password.
Click on Client Configuration.
Enter Server alias if other than local machine. Select network library, if required to connect to
another server.
Select Change the default database to “banmanproSQL”
Click Finish.
Test Data Source.
If connection works, you should see the following window.
